Shipping

If you see the weight listed as 30 pounds for some of the large luggage pieces, do not worry that it really weighs that much. Those weights are there for shipping purposes. Because of dimensional weight, UPS charges 30 pounds for boxes over a certain size, even if it only weighs 10 pounds.

Before you select 3 Day or faster, check out www.ups.com and see if your package will arrive by ground that fast anyway from our zip at 27612. Why pay for extra shipping? Some items ship from the manufacturer and it will make shipping rates incorrect, but we'll let you know.

We will normally ship UPS Ground at the lowest rates possible. If you order multiple pieces that can be nested inside of one another it will be less expensive than shipping as multiple pieces. Due to oversize restrictions, many pieces that are over 24 inches in height ship at a higher dimensional weight especially if they go faster than Standard Ground. We'll let you know if it's more than the site tells you shipping is. If it's less, we'll probably ship it and you just get a bargain! Overseas shipping as often excessively expensive and we will advise you of the costs before shipping. If you have a FedEx or UPS account number, we can charge the shipping directly to you account.
