How can I find out if the item I want is in stock?

We try to respond to every order within 12 hours if at all possible.  If we do not have the item in stock, we'll check with the manufacturer and see if they can drop ship it directly to you.  Some manufacturers do this very well and others do not.  If none of the above options work, we'll contact you and let you know how long until you can receive the item or offer you other choices such as color or sizes that are available.  If none of those are satisfactory, we will give you the option to cancel your order.  In any case, you are not charged until your item actually ships.

What is the status of my order?

We try to keep you informed from the moment we read your order until it's shipped to you what we're doing with it.  Most of the time when we ship it, we'll send you a link so that you can track it with UPS.  If you have any questions at all, please feel free to email us (kevan@luggage -and-leather.com).  We will make every attempt to get back to you ASAP.  Luggage and Leathers policy is to provide the best customer experience possible for you and that starts with keeping you informed.

Luggage & Leather does not accept returns.  Your warrenty is through the manufacturer only.
