
At Luggage & Leather our goal is to make the customer happy and so we try to offer only good quality merchandise from companies that back the products that they sell. We no longer accept returns. If your item is defective, you need to contact the manufacturer for repairs or replacements.
If you have owned an item for a while (even if you didn't purchase it from us), most manufacturers offer a warranty that covers manufacturing defects, and many are fairly liberal about repairing their items. You can contact us and we will let you know where the item needs to be sent.
